Shipping policy

To be legally precise, "Europe" is a continent and the "United Kingdom" is a country. Since you only ship to the UK, I have updated the policy to state that you ship to the United Kingdom (which is in Europe) and removed any ambiguity.

Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 10th September 2025

Thank you for shopping at Loktec Direct. We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note that we are a dispatch-only service and do not offer local pickup or collection.

1. Delivery Times

Our delivery estimates are based on item availability at the time of your order:

  • In-Stock Items: Delivered within 1–3 business days.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.

2. Mixed Orders (Partial Shipments)

If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items:

  • We will dispatch the in-stock items immediately (1–3 business day delivery).

  • The remaining out-of-stock items will be dispatched in a separate shipment as soon as they become available (typically 2–3 weeks).

  • You will receive separate tracking notifications for each part of your order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout. Even if your order is sent in multiple shipments due to stock availability, you will only be charged the single shipping rate shown at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom (including the Mainland, Highlands, and Islands). We do not ship to any other countries within Europe or internationally at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once an item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

  • For In-Stock items, tracking is usually sent within 24–48 hours.

  • For Out-of-Stock items, tracking will be sent as soon as the items arrive with us and are ready for final dispatch.

6. Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@loktec.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage.
